Good morning Centennial families,

Please be advised of the following changes to the Spring student immunizations, that differ from information previously published:

–The immunization day this Thursday, April 2nd, will be the final Hep B vaccination for all grade 7 students  (not the HPV vaccination for grade 8 girls).

–There will be no immunizations on Friday, April 10th.

–The HPV vaccination for grade 8 girls will be rescheduled for May. The confirmed date will be posted on the web site and announced at school.
