Today our Grade 7 students came home with information from Public Health regarding School Based Immunizations. Every year, Region of Waterloo Public Health provides immunization clinics to vaccinate Grade 7 students. Important: please read the information letter and contact Public Health if you have any questions. All students must return the School vaccine consent form indicating either YES, consent is given or NO, consent is not given. Please return consent forms to your homeroom teacher no later than Monday, September 11th.
